In this pandemic, a lot of businesses get down due to a lack of technology and software. The main reason for this is the lack of communication with the customer. I think AI chatbots help to remove communication differences. So, My question is to know Best Intelligent Chatbots or AI Chatbots Available Online.

Don't think there is any such thing as 'best chatbot'. Whatever platform you use is totally dependant on how you structure and validate the information going into the bot. You need to do a lot of work on cleaning up your data, writing content in plain English to hope that the chatbot will work well.

It's also worth thinking about whether you really need a chatbot, or a well-designed website so people can find answers for themselves.
