Regarding PAC deposit

    When paying PAC deposit of €200 I was informed it would be offset against fees. My fees are still full price, so I assume following payment of fees I will be reimbursed with the €200, or am I wrong? Fees office obviously very busy; so hard to get in touch with. Anyone with any knowledge to share, it would be much appreciated!
