Laptop for parents

As per title

Nothing overkill as use it for browsing, MS office android video also decent storage and last long including getting Windows 11.

I was looking at desktop but rest of family thinks laptop better.

They are looking at the brick and mortar shops but I'm thinking these not long lasting or better deals online.

Budget less than 400 as stated don't want overkill but if better deals open to it

All suggestions welcome

Also if anyone has any links to UK sites they can recommend as can get it delivered there and family can deliver it

Personally I wouldnt go less than an i3 as the Pentium/Celeron models are quite underpowered but you set your limit at 400e so you dont have a big choice

the i3 is 509

Family keep harping on about lower prices in Power City etc and lower than this but none of them seem to be great please correct me if wrong

Maybe lower price but guarantee it’s older tech. So it’s a question of what you consider value for money. For me when I buy something new I want to get the latest specifications which will generally be improvements over previous versions
