    Hi,

I am dealing with a down pipe in a corner of a house that drains valleys. It frequently is overwhelmed, even in summer. This leads to wall saturation. I am trying to find out the best solution. It is prone to blockage as there are a lot of tree nearby. Another possible cause is if there is a problem in the drain it exits too. It is a square PVC type, about 60mm across. I think it drains about 70m2 of roof in a relatively drier part of Ireland. Is a 60mm downpipe normally ok for 70m2 of roof in Ireland?
