Hope someone can assist me .... I've been running for a few years and I seemed to have settled on the brooks range ..... my one pair is a adrenaline 21 and other pair a ghost 12....

I want to get into trail running locally and a lot of the terrain is more old stoney roads and gravel paths .... I've been using my road shoes so far and seems OK but wouldn't be so sure in wet .....

Thing is most of my routes would have a bit of tarmac roads leading up to trails and finishing .... my question is in people's opinion is there a shoe that would be a good crossover .... I don't think I'll be needing a shoes for grass and mud just yet ...

I think I've narrowed it down to two shoes

Brooks cascadia and hoka speedgoat... but would welcome people's advice on this ...

Thanks a lot in advance for help 😊
