Fitbit Ionic - Connection to iPhone gone astray

    My Fitbit Ionic has suddenly stopped syncing to my iPhone, after working just fine for a number of years. I recently loaded an iOS update, but I don't know if that's connected to the problem as I think the problem arose yesterday and the update was last night.

    I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps suggested online and nothing seems to help. Then I tried "forget this device" on Bluetooth to see if this would help and now my phone can't find the Ionic!

    Not sure what to do next, but would welcome any suggestions.
