Where to find record of Circuit Court cases (pre-2021)

    I see there's a legal diary of upcoming cases and circuit court search on the courts website. However both of these relate to recent cases (perhaps its supposed to be forward looking or is just a new service).

    Where can one can see the case list prior?

    You won't find any lists of old cases, all records relating to previous cases are held by the appropriate County Registrar (and not available online) before eventually being transferred to the National Archives (every 30 to 40 years approximately).
