Islabikes Beinn 24 for sale. Suit approx 8 to 13 year old, depending on the height of the child.

The bike is in good mechanical condition. It has had two careful lady owners and has always been stored indoors bar when we have been away on holidays. It’s showing some cosmetic signs of its age. The handgrips are showing wear. The right hand one is coming off at the end and the left one has worn through in one place (I’ll post pictures). They were very thin to start with. New grips would be nice but by no means essential. There is some superficial surface corrosion on the pannier rack nuts and at the end of the rear mudguard stays. When I was cleaning it up I realised that the chain had (finally) reached the 0.75% wear mark and was due to be replaced. I had a brand new 8 speed chain in my spares box, so I put that on the bike and cleaned up the drivetrain. That should keep it going for another couple of owners. There is a bit of wear left in the brake pads, but they will probably need to be changed in the next year or so (I had no spare pads in the spares box unfortunately, but there is genuinely some wear left in the current ones).

This is a quality kid’s bike which is in used but good condition. It has been well looked after. Looking for €170.
