hiking socks recommendations

    Anybody recommend good hiking socks for 15km plus hikes in the mountains etc?

    Personally I really like Smartwool Phd socks, they come in various heights and cushion levels. I prefer the "heavy" cushioned ones myself, but they do other weights too.

    I like Bridgedale, haven't had any hassles with the couple of pairs I have in rotation.
