rooms for rent in Dublin-prices

Hi guys

I am new here and would like to say hallo to everybody.

I want to rent a room in Dublin. I was offered room for rent for 450 euro plus gas, electricity etc. This room is located in a house. There is also nice kitchen, nice bathroom and nice saloon in this house. Do you think 450 euro for renting a room in Dublin is what you should expect at present ? Is this too high or too low price ?

Its on the cheaper end of the scale to be honest, around me there are rooms going for 650-750. What location is it? Is it double or single?

Seems incredibly cheap tbh. But as above, room size and location will play a part in that.

Renting a room was around that price (or slightly higher) when I was looking in 2013! It is mad cheap compared to today's prices.

no, landlord is not living in the house. House is clean. People who live there keep the house clean.

it is single room but there is bed for two people . This bed for two people will be used only by me.

Depends whereabouts in Drimnagh. Near Dolphin Road or the canal and the Phoenix Park is walking distance through Inchicore and Kilmainham but I wouldn't have described it as close.

It's a fairly good price, but you get what you pay for - you are a bit out of the city centre. Bus fares will add up. 50minute walk into town.
