I redeemed a voucher on July 8th and am yet to receive a one4all. I know they can be slow but at this stage I'm thinking it got delivered to someone else and it's long spent. Anyone else experience long delays? Thanks

They often can take 6 weeks or more. I usually have forgotten it's on it's way by the time it arrives. They're a disaster.
