Hi there is a small studio apartment where above is the attic room and the problem is that the tenant living in the studio apartment can hear every noise from the attic room where another tenant is living upstairs. I think the floorboard needs to be checked and fixed so I would imagine this would be a job for a carpenter.…

The building is one unit divided into a studio apartment and a 2 bedroom apartment.
