Getting gigs in venues as a dj

Hi all, I am not so sure this forum is even a place to go for information anymore but here goes.

I am wondering if anyone can assist me in getting gigs in bars, clubs, pubs, wedding, parties and so on.

I have been djing nearly 25 years. I have worked through several booking agents over the years but I now want to source my own bookings. I get my own few already but I would like to have a lot more.

I am all over social media and constantly post but get very rare feedback or enquiries on there. Mostly word of mouth phone calls for gigs.

I am not a salesman and the thought of going into venues to ask about work isn't something that I look forward too and the way the pub scene is now a lot of them have closed.

I see lads I know online with plenty of work but nobody will tell you. I am looking for advice on how to increase my gigs over the year.
