    From a first glance there are no big changes to any of the "target values" aspect of the regs, the figures stay main the same as 2019.

    The big additions are the addition of the requirements for electric car charge points, the addition of self regulating heating systems where applicable and the requirement to provide home owners with sufficient documentation / instructions as to how to control their systems. I revamp they tried this a few years back with a "home pack" to be provided to new owners.. So maybe this is just a formalisation of that.

    Theres a bit a of a grey area around the requirement of the installer of a renewable system to be qqi trained. Does someone installing a wood stove need to go on a training course now??
