    My 18yr old son insured in my car, however l recently purchased another car

    I only insuring myself on newer car.

    Can l have 2 insurance policies under my name. Thanks

    You can have two policies, but caen only use your No Claims Bonus on one of them.

    Are you keeping the insurance on your old car so your son as named driver can use it? That's known as fronting, and insurance companies take a poor view of it, especially if something goes wrong.
