    Hi All

Never purchased anything from this company but there's an item I want to get from them but wondering the following:

Are there import duties to be paid on items shipped to Ireland?

Do they ship from another EU Country or Ireland?

Has anyone paid extra duties/fees since January?

    Good or Bad experience

    Thanks

Bought two raised planters from vidaxl, delivered within a week. Sent from Netherlands and delivered by DPD. Had no issues with them.

    Based in Netherlands. Huge operation.

Not the cheapest, but service is good.

Bought one thing from them recently for the wife. It was slightly cheaper ordering through Amazon for us instead of direct from vidaxl but delivery was very slow. It was shipping from France but delayed dispatch 3 times. Maybe this would have been avoided ordering direct.

The product quality itself was absolutely shockingly bad quality. Damaged pieces and poor quality of materials considering the price being charged. I've gotten a full refund via Amazon since and will never order anything from them again
