Never recieved my PAYG top up code, payment taken from my bank. Please advise .

    Hi,

    My PAYG top up code never arrived, usually recieve it via my phone/email . Yet the payment was taken from my account. I urgently need to get this sorted as im unable to make a further payment at present. Please advise asap.

    We're sorry to read this.

    We are unable to access the Pay As You Go system in this department. We recommend calling 1800 372 372 and our colleagues in the dedicated Pay As You Go team will be able to check if a code has been generated.
