Merge 2 personal accounts into 1 joint account

    Hi There,

    Is it possible to merge two BOI personal accounts into one joint account easily transferring all the direct debit/credits etc?

    On past experience with BOi you can't do it.

    You'll need to open a new joint account and transfer the direct debits etc to that.

    Sorry we missed your original post. You can certainly set up a joint account by visiting our website here and requesting a new joint account online or by calling into one of our branches. As correctly mentioned above it would not be possible to merge 2 BOI personal accounts into one joint account. Hope this helps.
