Hi, If you are selling your house & go 'Sale agreed' but then you decided not to sell the house? What is the legal consequences? I presume the buyer gets his deposit back from the estate agent but I also assume that you can pull out of the sale & nothing is finalized until contracts are signed? Thanks for your advice.

Yes not legally binding until contracts are signed. You might have to pay your solicitor for work done to date thiugh
