    Hi all,


    If a neighbour is engaged in anti-social behaviour towards another neighbour - throwing rubbish repeatedly from their back garden into another person's back garden - can you record that action, and only that action, for evidence?

    I understand, and agree with, that there is an expectation of privacy however, it would seem reasonable that anti-social behaviour can be recorded? How else could someone go to the
