oven not heating up

I've got a 10 yr old electrolux insight oven, and the bottom oven is not heating up its just luke warm after 10 mins and the fan doesn't come on either? any ideas whats wrong?😕

Fan motor seized, a new motor and it should be good to go again, can be had from the likes of expertise tullamore who are on the net

Or the heating element needs to be replaced. Had the same problem, apart from fan was running.
