Backpack Recommendation

Hi all, looking to get a recommendation for a backpack. I want to be able to carry a fair amount of gear...

So currently I have a Think Tank Airport V3 Security Roller case and a LowePro Fastpack AW 250 - but the LowePro is pretty useless to me because it's not configurable enough - it will carry one body and lens attached and the rest of the gear rolls around more or less in the top compartment. I'd love a backpack to be able to carry as much of this gear as possible: 1DX MK II with a 400 2.8 III, 5D MKIV with a 70-200 2.8 II, 7D MKII 16-35 2.8 / 24-70 2.8 and a 50mm 1.8. Ideally a set of pocket wizards too and a Speedlite 600EXRT plus a heap of batteries etc. the roller case is a brilliant case but it's impossible to bring to some of the spots I go for action photography. I was looking at trying to get my hands on a 36 litre MindShift Gear BackLight but they seem to be out of stock everywhere. Can anyone else recommend a similar type of backpack with similar capacity? I love ThinkTank gear (all my rain covers and accessories are ThinkTank - top quality stuff if a little pricey) and MindShift is the same specs as Think Tank... any thoughts or suggestions really appreciated
