Can anyone shed some light please. Working for a company for 6 years fell pregnant and was due to take maternity leave. I ended up having baby very premature so took maternity much sooner. Due to circumstances with baby I decided that I needed to take 2 years carers until we knew for definite whether or not going back to work was an option. Unfortunately I had to make the decision to leave and handed my notice in. My question is am I entitled to my holiday pay/annual days and pay increases built up during maternity leave and the first 13 weeks of carers as stated on citizens advice or did I forfeit this because I didnt go back to the work place. It's been months since I left.
