Using Amazon Echo 4th Gen as a Zigbee Hub

Has anyone used the Amazon Echo 4th Gen as a Zigbee Hub? Is it compatible with most Zigbee devices sold in Europe? Is it inferior to a standalone Zigbee Hub?

Zigbee is supposed to support the 868MHz channel in Europe, although it only supports 2.4GHz in US. I can't see any specs that indicate if the Amazon Echo 4th Gen supports the 868MHz channel? 868MHz should offer superior performance in a large house, or through A+++ windows to external devices, by comparison with 2.4GHz. I am not sure if all Zigbee devices support 868MHz?
