have 10 year old GU window and door ironmongery which need changing / adjusting. Fittings appear relatively complex as they are adjusted in 3D & windows are heavy

Any suggestions on a company in Leinster area who work on GU ironmongery?

    Hi BG

Years ago we had old Aluminum doors and windows. The door got damaged. We got onto the insurance company who located a fitter, sent him round and fixed it.

    So just try your insurer.

Location is north wicklow - so dublin area or wexford / wicklow usually covers us

Great point on the type of fitter an insurer would use to adjust 3D hinges / replace mechanisms
