Arrival from Phuket via Dubai - Quarantine / Testing rules

    Hi All. Shortly to be in Phuket, Thailand (Sandbox scheme)

    I am double vaxed in UK but hoping to return to my own house in Ireland for a few weeks afterwards.

    Flights would be Thailand / Dubai / Dublin. Am i correct that as neither Thailand or Dubai UAE (recently removed from list) are designated states for hotel quarantine,

    • That i can arrive Dublin without mandatory hotel quarantine.
    • That my UK vax cert is sufficient (We're not part of EU scheme)
    • What are my restrictions / requirements to test / isolate etc once in Ireland.

    Any help and links to relevant info much appreciated.
