Turn off notifications for just one thread?

    I commented on a thread, then I lost interest but I'm still getting dozens of notifications a day, every time somebody else comments on the thread.

    I un-bookmarked the thread but that didn't help.

    How do I turn off notifications from just that one thread without turning off notifications from every thread I commented on?

    My notifications are clogged up with that one thread and as a result I'm missing things I'm actually interested in.
