Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Revenue email on document

    Hi I got a revenue email telling me a document is ready to view but the document is not there ? Anyone have any advice on this ?

    I got an email today (I was speaking to revenue this week so wasn't surprised). When I logged in to my account it said I had no unread documents but when I clicked into 2021 there was one there dated today that I hadn't seen before.
