Is a text saying my covid test came negative sufficient proof for travel?

I know the 3 requirements for travel: proof of being fully vaccinated, proof of recovery in previous 6 months or proof of negative pcr test within the last 72 hours. I got tested yesterday as a precaution for work but I'm not a direct close contact of someone who is positive. I haven't gotten a text yet but if and when I do is the text sufficient evidence?

I'm also fully vaccinated by my GP over 2 weeks ago.
