Marks on TV Screen

Hi All, i have a 40" Samsung UHD tv, maybe 2 years old. It's wall mounted but i'm wondering what these marks in the attached photos are from. I've tried wiping with dry cloth etc, but it doesn't see m to be a dirt mark. Can anyone shed any light? I should point out it's only visible when certain colours are prominent on…

Is it left on Sky News for most of the time, looks like burn in.

no never on sky news, looks like burn in alright. Can this be fixed? i've rang samsung and they got me to do a picture test but the marks don't show on the screen for their picture test
