Sky Q Glitching on New Smart TV

    Wondering if anyone has come across this issue and can help?

    Recently upgraded our TV to a Samsung Crystal Smart TV, plugged in the SkyQ HDMI and Chromecast into the other HDMI slot.

    Wen watching sky it oftens glitches with the picture distorting and a sharp screech sound.

    Tried both ports and same issue.

    Even returned the tv for new one thinking faulty HDMI.

    Could it be wires interfraring with each other? No issues with any other app on the tv, just the sky and had no previous issues in old tv.

    Good quality high end hdmi cables suitable for 4K

    Sat cables are they new old and tight f connectors as i use to get that squawk with a non sky box.

    Does it just happen on particular channels or can it occur on any? Do you watch Netflix through Sky Q, does it also occur when watching that?
