Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Transferring from WhatsApp to PC

    Hi,


    I need to transfer thousands of pictures from my phone (WhatsApp ) to my PC


    I have done this before and simply plugged in the USB cable and copied and pasted. However,, this time, every time I try to paste the pictures I get error messages such as "Data supplied of wrong type"


    Screen badly needs replacing on my phone but dont want to give it in to shop until I have backed up my pictures. I transferred my DCIM pictures no problem but the whatsapp images will not transfer.
