What type of sealant is this?

Looking to fill in and seal a gap on an external wall. The gap is between some brickwork and some sort of plaster render

Looking at our window frames, there is some sort of silicone type material that looks like it would be ideal for the job. The bead is quite wide and I'd need similar or slightly bigger for the gap I'm looking to seal (from 1cm - 1.5cm)

I'm presuming it is some sort of special silicone but haven't been able to find what type or the name of it. Assuming it is even silicone at all?

Pics attached of the sealant and the gap I want to seal. Any help appreciated
