Best Co-working Option in Limerick?

Hi All, I got the go ahead from work to remain in limerick "post-COVID" so I am on the look out for a nice co-working space (either private office or open space communal) somewhere with a bit of life and a good few co-workers would be great. In around the city / handy drive to city would be ideal. Any recommendations?

The boat club that’s getting a new roof I believe are offering this. Could be a pretty cool spot.

The building known as The Bank on the corner of O'Connell St and mallow St used to offer this service prior to Covid, no idea what's happening there now.
