    Hi,

I is it possible to find out the percentage of social housing on a particular new house development? Like query somehow on the council?

I know by law the minimum is 10%, but would like to know if a particular development will have more

    Thanks

You don't. A certain number will be offered to the council but housing associations and the likes of Peter McVerry trust are also buying in private estates, plus buy to rent homes being let to Councils. So it's impossible to know, the baseline council figure is not necessarily the actual figure.
