    Hi All.

I've been working in in the Telephony sector for nearly 8 years, first line support basically but I deal with IP Phone systems (SIP based with trunking) networking, servers, virtualization such as proxmox or VMware, Linux and Mysql (basically a jack of all trades)

I don't have any qualifications BUT I'm looking to upskill myself (so I can have that paper work) but unsure what kinda of qualifications are important to employers these days. For example is CCNA still the way go to?

Not sure is there qualifications that may incorporate Network, Virtualization and linux?

Is Networking still a popular requirement for employers these days?
