Vodafone super WiFi and Google nest camera

Just recently got Vodafone 500mb installed with super WiFi as an add on yesterday.

Unfortunately I was at work when the installation guy called, so he set it up in the presence of my wife, who is as technically minded as a pencil case.

He installed the hub etc in the utility room, which obviously is towards the rear of the house. I've a Google nest camera installed at the front of the house, and it is struggling - big time, to connect.

There's a super WiFi unit here too, but as already stated no one explained to me how this works, how to ensure its set up correctly, and how to check if it's actually working at all.

As it stands, I've the super WiFi unit in a bedroom at the front of the house, it's probably a meter away from the nest camera yet it's still struggling to find a reliable network.

Has anyone else tried to get some info on the super WiFi unit and how to ensure its working correctly online? It's literally non existent from what I can see.

But if any of you guys have any knowledge or info on this I would be really appreciative.

    Thanks
