How long to initiate chargeback?

    I have been having an ongoing issue with a retailer for 4 months now and have still not received my completed order and still no sign of any resolution in sight.


    I paid for the goods via BOI debit card.


    Is it possible to initiate a partial chargeback in this instance and if so, how long do I have until I can start it?
