Problems charging my eNiro at 1 ESB Fast Charge location

Twice I have failed to get the the ESB fast charge station in Westport to connect to my eNiro.(Oct 2020 & July 2021) on both occasions the fast charger at Junction 16 on the M6 connected with no difficulty. On each try the 'slow' charging point at the Westport station did connect so this indicates to me that the internal car setup had all in settings correctly set. When I contacted the ESB support No they indicated that the charger had been in use on the 50KW charger earlier that day; all was ok on ESB end but when the charger 'handed over' to the eNiro the 'Failed to connect' message appeared. Has anyone had this problem with certain charge point failing?
