Replacement item and Brexit charges

    Hi all,

Had a faulty smart plug from TP Link which was handy enough to request a replacement for through their website. I posted off the faulty one to a UK address and just this morning got a text from DPD looking for me to pay an import charge.

Has anything similar happened to anyone? I'm wondering if I have any chance of TP Link covering this charge?

    Cheers!
