Slight screen scuffs . Options

Hey , managed to get some slight scuffs shallow on the screen where it landed face down on gravel. Has anyone had any looking taking the harshness of something like this with maybe a liquid repair stuff or even putting a glass screen protector over it.

Apparently dome glass install does cover up minor damage when you install its tempered glass protector , have no personal experience of this , I have installed dome glass but on a new screen and it's expensive .
