Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've been in receipt of WFP for a few years but when my oldest turned 18 he was taken off my claim even though he was still in Leaving Cert, they never advised me I could keep him on my claim as long as he was in education. He had been a college student since September 2020 and only found out I was entitled to have him on my claim. I have contacted them with a letter from his college saying he attended and asked am I entitled to be paid arrears as I am still within my 52 week claim. They advised me it was at their discretion so basically I will lose out on payment I was entitled to. Anyone have any advice?
