Learning to drive on a motorway

On an almost daily basis I witness the stupidity of the Irish motorist and their inability to grasp or understand basic road safety. This is none more apparent when using motorways in Eire. Is there no training given whilst learning to drive on how to use three lanes correctly or how to join a motorway? The number of cretins that simply indicate right on the hard shoulder then go through the gears is staggering.

All driving schools offer motorway classes, but you have to have your licence first and 'shure aren't ya well able to drive then'.

Middle lane here we all come.

It's the same as driving on a dual carriageway and you can access them on a learners permit, there are even a few dual carriageway N roads with 120 limits. So it's just laziness and zero enforcement.
