Smart Meter is Blank

    Hello,

    I have a new smart meter and all of my bills lately have been estimated so I tried to take a meter reading this morning but the meter screen seems to be blank - is there a way to "wake up" the meter?

    The last time I checked, the reading was visible once I opened the door of the meter box.
