Hi I have a question.. I'm having trouble obtaining my Tax Credit and USC Certificate for 2020 and I can't find it in the Revenue (dot) ie website. I started working December 2020 and my employer is a quite reputable food retail industry. Just wanted to ask if I am not entitled to the subject above since the year virtually ended when I started working?

So if I've started work Dec 2020, so that means I don't have Tax Credit and USC cert for 2020. Am i correct? Kind regards

You need to go to ros.ie and setup a myaccount

The 2020 tax year is finished. Depending on when you started work in December 2020 you may not have had a tax credit cert issued at that point because Revenue don't issue them after about the middle of December as it's too late in the year.

Also as it's a new tax year the actual tax credit cert has no value to you this year. What is it you are trying to do?

If there is no 2020 tax credit cert in the documents section of his Revenue MyAccount then request a statement of liability for 2020. That will generate a pdf document showing his Irish PAYE position for 2020. Just follow the instructions under the review your tax 2017 to 2020. I'd imagine that document may be sufficient.
