kitchen mixer lever taps - ceramic or not?

    Hi ,

    I recently purchased Brand name ‘Highlife’ Skara ¼ turn Lever Deck Sink Mixer CP Taps.Chrome. Code 10135. I only purchased these because shop said that they had ceramic technology. I was hesitant because I purchased similar looking lever taps before thinking they were ceramic and it turned out they weren’t. 

    So anyway I have these now and I don’t want to open them up to check. Can anyone out there confirm that they are ceramic. Note I have noticed similar ones on Amazon which are ceramic with the name Skara but the brand name is ‘Alliance’.
