Hi guys, I'm doing a renovation soon and in the planning permission the architect has an external wrap with brick facade in the proposed section of planning, however we want a full render finish on the house. A lot of houses on the road have the wrap but they all have brick finishes with it. If I get the full render can this cause a problem if someone questions the planning? One of the houses on the road has a modern porch extension that doesn't match the rest of the houses anyway, but I don't want planning to make me change it to bricks a few years down the line. Thanks.
