We are delighted to share some very exciting news with our valued customers. As of 7 July 2021, the Digiweb Group (including Digiweb Ltd and Viatel Ireland Ltd) has completed its acquisition of Nova Broadband. This agreement creates a communication provider that will be even better able to meet your needs.

    Introducing Digiweb

Digiweb is a 100%, Guaranteed Irish broadband provider. Digiweb has been providing broadband and voice services to Irish homes since 1997. The Digiweb team, based in Dundalk, take huge pride in their great service and are consistently rated as 'Excellent' on Trustpilot. Read the rave reviews here: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/digiweb.ie

What does this mean for me?

There will be no disruption to your service

All support tickets and sales queries should be made as normal to your Nova contacts

Billing and payments will continue as normal

The Nova and Digiweb teams will be working hard to take care of all our customers as our companies get acquainted. We will keep you fully informed of any updates as integration progresses. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you may have.

Thank you for your continued support.

    Yours sincerely,

    Dave McDonald

    Founder

    Nova Broadband

Hope this doesn't spell the end for their excellent customer support.

Since this has happened my upload speed has gone to ****, it actually reads as 0.00, I’ve contacted Nova via email and support ticket and no answer in 2 weeks, I tried phoning them and couldn’t get through and now their Facebook and Twitter accounts have been deleted. I’ve been with them since they started and now I don’t know what to do but Digiweb has ruined their support :(
