Smart Meter Comms test

    Hi guys,

    How long after install of a new smart meter is the comms level tested? Im going on 2 weeks since the install and the comms level is still pending.

    Is there a way to manually have the meter update? Thanks

    It takes a month for the smart meter to be fully activated after it has been installed.

    If you have any questions about the smart meter services, we recommend calling 1800 372 372 and asking for our colleagues in the dedicated Smart Meter Team.
