Hi guys. So last week I ordered a Samsung s21 ultra from Vigin mobile online. I'm already a customer so I got just the phone. I've been using the phone for the past few days and I really don't like it at all. Can I return it in the cooling off period. I know it's been opened and used but it looks like I just took it out of the box. Thanks in advance.

How do you send your phone back inside the 14 day cooling off period?
If you've bought a phone from us online or over the phone with an agent, you can get a full refund on your Virgin Mobile phone within 14 days of the purchase as long as it is unopened.

Needs to be unopened, but you may get away with it.

Try returning it ...... whats the worst that can happen?
They say no, its been opened/used.....you still got IMO the best phone around at moment

The 14 day cooling off period allows you to open the package & handle /examine the goods. If it's still unblemished and you have original packaging then you can return it. It has to be in good enough condition that they can sell it as new.

This is where Carphone Warehouse will be missed. 30 days return policy.

Just had a glance at the terms and conditions for both three and Vodafone. Both state that a device can be returned even if used. Although 3 state there will be diminished returns if the phone is damaged or has a lock or Google account.
On the ccpc website they don't say anything about the product having to be sealed and unused. So I'll give it a lash and see
